Fusion Dance

This 60 minute session includes a fusion of basic Pilates using resistance tubes, balls, light weights and innovative aerobic movements incorporating a variety of dance styles (funk, classical, cardio kick boxing and cardio core). This class is focused on engaging all core muscles while dancing to the hottest high energy music. These movements primarily focus on enhancing your balance, strength, and endurance, while getting the benefits of a high intensity dance interval workout.

High energy intervals, great music, hot dance moves combined with balance, core work using light weights and resistance training to change your body, burn fat and tone your muscles.
