This 60 minute session includes high intensity interval training with strength training using free weights, machines, TRX suspension training, resistant bands and many other types of equipment, supplying our clients with a large variety of exercises. The workout routines are split up into short segments, moving the group from station to station. The intention behind this is to constantly shock the body which is proven to be the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight, and build muscle.
